About Us

The Beacon is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established by Christ Church Cathedral located in the heart of downtown Houston. In April of 2019, COMPASS merged with The Beacon and continues to provides mail privileges, walk-up case management, navigation to housing and access to healthcare through a partnership with Harris Health.
